The program pairs weekly 1 hour one-to-one mentorship with online learningThese 1 hour online meetings allow entrepreneurs from across the province to be paired with the right Executives in Residence (mentors) for their startup to help find their customers, go to market, perfect their pitch and more.

How does the program work?

It’s your journey – we’ll help you meet your goals.

1. Apply anytime:  We accept and review applications on a rolling basis. After receiving your application, we will chat with you, then if you’re a fit, pair you with the right mentor based on your needs and availability.

2. Choose a mentor: Chat with our programs team and choose a mentor. Set a regular weekly time to virtually meet with your mentor.

Start your stream:

No Product-Market Fit: Discover your customers and identify your markets through our online Market Validation Training.

Product-Market Fit: Refine your sales, financing goals, hiring and sales strategies.

3. Set Quarterly Objectives: Examples include: financing, Minimum Viable Products, go to market strategy, marketing, refine your pitch, hiring, sales, raising money.

4. Every Quarter: Present your progress and pitch to a panel of mentors.

5. Graduate: Ready to scale up? We will prepare your company for a scale up program accelerator program or set off on your own.

    • Beth Gallup: Beth has worked with large publicly-traded companies, research-driven universities, growing businesses, and new startups. Her own entrepreneurial ventures deepen her understanding of the many ways innovation succeeds, and stalls.
