Kairama provides a straightforward solution for truck fleet operators who want to transition from expensive diesel to cleaner and cheaper natural gas.

With 50 years of experience in commercializing technology products under their belt, co-founders Mike Jackson and Don Gayton developed a novel compressor technology that controls gas heating during compression—similar to the heat that is created when a bicycle’s tire is pumped.

By controlling that heating, Kairama created a simpler compressor that runs cooler and more reliably.

Their “pay-as-you-use” model further decreases the fueling costs by removing the burden of infrastructure costs to their customers. Kairama install the CNG refueling station on the customer’s site where the vehicles are plugged in overnight.

By the break of dawn, the fleet is ready to go. Kairama is looking forward to begin field trials in 2015.
