BCIC-New Ventures’ 25 round-three competitors are working on their Round 3 business overviews for submission on August 8th.
Competition judges will announce the 10 finalists on September 4th but in the meantime let’s have a closer look at the Top 25.
Founded in August 2011, Mazza Innovation Ltd. is leading the development of pressurized low polarity water (PLPW) extraction technology to extract high-value phytochemicals from plants which can be incorporated into products such as foods, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
The process uses water rather than chemical solvents for isolating bio-chemicals from agricultural products. Mazza Innovation will enable manufacturers to produce innovative, high-quality products that are environmentally sustainable and cost competitive.
