DESCRIPTION:A 2025 New Ventures BC Competition Event\nPresented by Innovate BC\, as a part of Road to Web Summit Vancouver (R2SWV). \n​Throughout the spring\, New Ventures BC will host our Startup Education Seminar Series\, giving you the information you’ll need to build and grow your business. \n​Part of the 2025 New Ventures BC Competition\, presented by Innovate BC \n​— \n​What you’ll learn: \n​EY Canada’s SR&ED team will review the Scientific Research & Experimental Development program and discuss how businesses can recover costs of R&D expenses\, regardless of their corporate structure or size\, through federal and provincial tax credits. \n​Learn how to determine whether you qualify for the SR&ED program and how to identify eligible expense activities and methods for claiming R&D expenses.
