The New Ventures BC Competition is like boot camp for business ideas: your proposal will be tried and tested as you move through the competition, developing a solid business plan, making the contacts you may need to form a strong management team, and accessing the expertise needed to launch a successful business.

It's hard work, but the chance to win one of four prizes worth a total of $335,000 in cash and in-kind services, and meet mentors, venture capitalists and others will be well worth the effort.

All participants will receive information and networking opportunities, as well as valuable online support and resources, simply by signing up for the competition.
