About the speakers
Steve Saville, Partner
Steve guides public and private multinational corporations and middle market businesses through regional and international transactions. He serves as general counsel to a variety of commercial enterprises, and assists clients at every stage of the business life cycle.
Steve’s experience ranges from entity formation, to the buying and selling of assets, to drafting the full scope of commercial agreements needed to grow a business. Steve is highly regarded for an ability to work together with clients to make their business goals an achievable reality.
Prior to joining Fasken in Vancouver, Steve worked in their Toronto office, in addition to practicing international corporate and finance law with Clifford Chance in London, England from 2006 to 2007.
Hardeep Gill, Associate
Hardeep is an associate in the Tax Group at Fasken in Vancouver. Although his practice involves all aspects of tax law, he focus on tax planning for transactions and reorganizations, particularly those involving flow-through shares. Hardeep also has experience in making voluntary disclosures to the CRA, and in advising clients in tax disputes with the CRA. He is fluent in Punjabi.
Geoff Pedlow, Associate
As a member of the Technology and Securities Group of Fasken’s Vancouver office, Geoff advises emerging companies and the investors that fund them in connection with early stage, venture capital, growth equity, private equity and M&A transactions.
Focusing on the technology sector, Geoff advises entrepreneurs, start-ups and venture-backed technology companies, from ideation through business organization, capital raising and exit.
