Advanced Valuation and Due Diligence Workshop for Investors and Entrepreneurs

On Monday, September 10th the Angel Forum is hosting a full-day Advanced Valuation and Due Diligence Workshop for investors and entrepreneurs.

Half of the day will be focused on taking the angel investor and entrepreneur through the key issues which will determine major risk factors and deal breakers. This portion of the workshop will emphasize what must be confirmed, the cost of confirming, and the risk of not knowing. Workshop attendees will learn what it takes to validate the plan and to define and contain the risk of an investment.

The second half of the workshop will be focused on the valuation of early stage companies. This half day program will present several key methodologies that many experienced angel investors have found as fundamental approaches to properly valuing early stage companies.
