This is perhaps the most important video of the entire compelling and relevant NV business builder series. In my unvarnished opinion this presentation should have come much earlier, perhaps the first presentation as it deals very effectively with the most fundamental issue for the founder ... why? and when? do I sell my company, and be able to do so in an unfettered manner.

Any fool can start a company, and any given entrepreneur should be congratulated when he/she sells that company not they start it. That event is the most meaningful metric of business success.

This gem of a presentation pounds out all the key points of cogent and beneficial exit strategies.

It alone is worth the entire price of admission. Well done.

Excellent presentation, I just watched by video. The key for most people is the exit, excellent point in knowing what it will look like from the beginning. Also, great insight into Angels vs. VCs. We found all the other presentations helpful, this probably had the most impact and answered a lot of "cloudy" questions we had.

Thank you!
